Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily healthcare operations, staffing coordination, and administrative support activities across clinical and non-clinical departments.Partner with clinical leadership and operational teams to support workforce planning, onboarding, scheduling, training coordination, and service continuity.Maintain structured operational workflows by supporting quality initiatives, reporting processes, standardized operational practices, and cross-functional communication.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support healthcare delivery priorities, project timelines, and service continuity.Monitor performance metrics, prepare status reporting, and contribute to budget planning and service oversight.Support a collaborative team environment focused on patient care continuity, operational efficiency, and organizational compliance standards.
